Alain Ducasse

Alain Ducasse, born in 1956, is a multi-starred French chef and one of three chefs in the world to have simultaneously held three 3 MICHELIN star establishments (Le Louis XV Monte Carlo, Plaza Athenee Paris, Le Meurice Paris, then Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester London). His Ducasse Paris group employs around 1,500 people in 2026 across some thirty addresses worldwide. His training school Alain Ducasse Education trains several hundred cooks each year in France and internationally.
