Andreas Caminada

['andreas caminada']

Andreas Caminada, born in 1977, is a Swiss chef triple-starred since 2010 at restaurant Schauenstein, integrated into the family castle Schloss Schauenstein in Furstenau (Grisons). Caminada obtained his first star in 2004, his second in 2007 and his third in 2010, making him one of the youngest Swiss three star chefs. His culinary signature rests on contemporary Alpine cuisine, with a focus on Swiss products, wild herbs and fermentations. Caminada also develops the IGNIV brand with several one and two star addresses (St Moritz, Zurich, Bad Ragaz, Bangkok) and the Uccelin foundation that supports young culinary talents (Source: MICHELIN Guide Suisse, 2026).
