Aromatic bitters

Aromatic bitters are highly fragrant concentrates made by macerating barks, roots, spices and bitter botanicals in high-proof alcohol. Dosed in dashes or drops, they season a cocktail rather than compose it, much like spices in cooking. They bind flavours, add length on the palate and shape the aromatic structure of many classics.
