Beach Club access
['Hotel beach club access', 'Private beach membership']
Beach Club access refers to a private entitlement to a hotel beach club, generally reserved for resident guests and a circle of paying members, which pools the pool, cabanas and beach food and beverage service. The format took root in Miami Beach, Palm Beach and Maui, where coastal regulation forbids the privatisation of sand but allows cabanas and service infrastructure. The annual membership fee of an ultra-luxury Beach Club ranges from 10,000 to 75,000 dollars, on top of F&B minimums. A lesser-known feature : the Faena Miami Beach rents signature cabanas at 1,500 dollars per day, including a beach butler and a dedicated cocktail programme, which makes the club a profitable standalone asset.
