Edible garnish
An edible garnish is any decorative element of a cocktail meant to be eaten, from a peel to candied fruit, a flower or a fresh herb. Beyond aesthetics, it extends or completes the drink's aromatic profile, guiding the tasting experience. The contemporary bar favours functional, waste-free garnishes, often drawn from the same ingredients as the mix.
