Front office manager

Member of staff in charge of a hotel's front desk, supervising the receptionists, switchboard and daytime welcome. He organises rosters, oversees arrivals and departures, manages billing, upgrades and complaints, and ensures compliance with service standards. An interface between guests and the other departments, he optimises daily occupancy and ensures a first and last contact worthy of the establishment.
