Isojiman

A brewery in the city of Yaizu, in Shizuoka Prefecture, founded in 1830 as a side business and later refocused on sake after the Second World War. Renowned for fine, balanced sakes of great purity and clarity, it has firmly established itself among Japan's premium producers. Its elegant cuvées readily accompany delicate cuisine on prestige tables.
