Luggage porter

Front-of-house staff member responsible for carrying and safeguarding guests' luggage. He takes charge of bags on arrival, conveys them to the room, stores them and returns them at departure, and directs guests around the establishment. Often attached to the concierge desk, he knows the premises and services and, through his availability, contributes to the smoothness and care of the guest journey.
