MICHELIN National Selection

['michelin national selection', 'guide michelin annual']

The MICHELIN national selection is the annual list of restaurants distinguished by the MICHELIN Guide in a given country. The French selection remains the most celebrated and the most voluminous, published every March since 1926. National selections have multiplied since 2005: Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore, Brazil, Croatia, Slovenia, Vietnam and many others. In 2026 the Guide covers around thirty national or regional selections, with an annual gala ceremony marking the publication of promotions and demotions (Source: MICHELIN Guide, 2026).
