A private club membership recorded as a non-fungible token on a blockchain, granting access to perks (guaranteed rooms, member rates, private events) that you can resell on a secondary market. Dream Hotel Group launched Dream NFT Club in 2022, Pacaso applied it to fractional luxury homes, and Marriott released event-based collections. The wider crypto crash of 2022-2023 cooled the trend, but premium projects continue (Liquid Marketplace, Beach Mansion DAO). For hotels, the appeal is lifetime loyalty that can be monetised, plus a community of members who recruit each other. For members, it is a club whose entry value can rise rather than expire with your last stay.
