Paloma
The Paloma refers to a refreshing Mexican cocktail blending tequila, lime juice and grapefruit soda, served over ice in a salt-rimmed glass. Often described as the most popular tequila-based drink in Mexico, it spread from the 1950s onward with the growing availability of grapefruit sodas. Its simplicity makes it a long aperitif drink widely served across the hospitality sector.
