Pas de trois
A choreographic piece designed for three dancers, who alternate ensembles and solos in a play of symmetries and contrasts. The pas de trois showcases the three-voiced dialogue and the virtuosity of each performer while demanding great cohesion. Present in many classical ballets, it offers refined entertainment in the performances proposed to palace guests, balancing individual display against the harmony of a closely coordinated trio.
