Triphala

A classic Ayurvedic formula combining three fruits: Haritaki, Bibhitaki and Amalaki. Reputed to support digestion, elimination and rejuvenation, it balances all three doshas. Often given during the detoxification cures of palace retreats, sometimes as Triphala Ghrita (a maceration in ghee), it prepares for and accompanies panchakarma under medical supervision.
