Epicure is the gastronomic table of Le Bristol Paris, the Faubourg Saint-Honore palace inaugurated in 1925 and owned by the Oetker Collection (Source : Le Bristol Paris, 2026). The restaurant carried the name of its historic chef Eric Frechon between 2009 and 2024 before reclaiming the Epicure name under new chef Arnaud Faye, who arrived in May 2024.
Eric Frechon ran the Bristol kitchens for twenty-five years and earned the third MICHELIN star in 2009. Arnaud Faye, formerly chef at La Chevre d'Or in Eze, took over in May 2024. The chef is also Head of Kitchens at Le Bristol and oversees all the palace's restaurants : Epicure, the starred 114 Faubourg, Cafe Antonia and room service. The MICHELIN Guide hailed in 2026 a velvet revolution that preserved the spirit of the place (Source : MICHELIN Guide, 2026).
